cross-town traffic
And I thought my commute in the morning down Route 7 was bad... check out this traffic video from India!
I'm kind of surprised there wasn't an accident during the short duration of the video, but I guess when you live with that kind of driving, you get good at it.

Dude... I WAS THERE AND CAN VOUCH 100% FOR THAT!
I awoke in a Hari-Krishna hotel to look out and hear and see cars piled up at intersections.... it was INSANE. No rules, everybody everywhere... just mayhem. There were probably 60-80 cars jammed up in the intersection - nobody following any lights, and rules... NO NOTHING. It was White Street at 5 p.m. like you've never seen it.
Did I mention the trucks that came around regularly at 4 a.m. to pick up dead bodies of homeless people - using pitch forks?
Talk about serious overpopulation problems.
Thrilling, though, I might add, to a 14-year-old.
